Scope

This standard specifies the dimensions, shapes, weights, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, cleaning, protection, packaging, marking, and quality certification materials for austenitic stainless steel plates and strips used in nuclear power stations. This standard applies to austenitic stainless steel plates with a thickness of no more than 150 mm and austenitic stainless steel strips with a thickness of no more than 14.0 mm, as well as their rolled and cut plates.
