Scope
This standard specifies the terminology and definitions of astronomical telescopes, as well as the test methods. This standard applies to astronomical telescopes used for observation under natural light, including refractive telescopes with an objective aperture of 150 mm or less and reflective telescopes with an objective aperture of 250 mm or less.
