Scope

This standard specifies the diagnostic techniques of microscopic examination, polymerase chain reaction (PCR), indirect enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (indirect ELISA), and dot-biotin-avidin complex enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (Dot-ABC-ELISA) for cysticercosis in pigs, as well as comprehensive judgment of the results.
