Scope

Scope: This document specifies the requirements for the construction of potato green production bases, production technology requirements, and base management. This document is applicable to the construction and management of potato green production bases. Main technical content: 1. Selection of seed potatoes: Use high-quality detoxified seed potatoes that have been widely promoted in production. The seed potato standards must meet the requirements of GB 18133. 2. Seed potato processing: Seed potatoes can be cut into pieces or planted as whole potatoes. For whole potato planting, each potato should weigh 25.0 g to 50.0 g. For seed potato planting, cut the potatoes into pieces 2 to 3 days before planting, with each piece weighing 30.0 g to 50.0 g and containing at least 1 to 2 bud eyes. 3. Fertilization formula: (1) Base fertilization: Apply commercial organic fertilizer at a rate of 3,000 to 4,500 t/hm2 (200.00 kg/667m2 to 300.00 kg/667m2) or farmyard manure at a rate of 18,000 to 27,000 t/hm2 (1,200.00 kg/667m2 to 1,800.00 kg/667m2), combined with potato formula fertilizer at a rate of 0.375 to 0.450 t/hm2 (25.00 kg/667m2 to 30.00 kg/667m2). The quality of fertilizer products must meet the requirements of NY/T 525 and NY/T 1112. (2) Top dressing: Spray organic foliar fertilizer twice during the early flowering stage, with an interval of 7 to 10 days. The quality of organic foliar fertilizer must meet the requirements of GB/T 17419. 4. Film mulching cultivation: Use film mulching cultivation. The quality of the film must meet the requirements of GB/T 13735. The ridge width is 30 cm, and the ridge height is 15 to 20 cm. 5. Planting density: The sowing rate is 18,000.00 kg/hm2 to 24,000.00 kg/hm2 (120.00 kg/667m2 to 160,000.00 kg/667m2). The number of fresh potato seedlings should be 45,000.00 plants/hm2 to 67,500.00 plants/hm2 (3,000.00 plants/667m2 to 45,000.00 plants/667m2).
