Scope

This part of GB/T 39483 specifies the basic protocols and data interfaces for rubber and plastic injection molding machines, covering the following content:
——Terms, definitions, and abbreviations.
——Basic protocols, including the Modbus basic protocol, the OPC DA basic protocol, the OPC UA basic protocol, and common data types.
——Data interfaces, including the data interface between injection molding machines and MES based on the OPC DA basic protocol; the data interface between injection molding machines and MES based on the OPC UA basic protocol; the data interface between injection molding machines and peripheral devices based on the Modbus basic protocol; and the data interface between injection molding machines and peripheral devices based on the OPC UA basic protocol. Peripheral devices include mold temperature controllers, chillers, feeding machines, dryers, robots, magnetic molds, mold-changing tables, hot runner devices, LSR (liquid silicone rubber) feeding systems, energy meters, and dual-color machine turntables.
This part is applicable to all types of rubber and plastic injection molding machines.
