Scope

This part of GB/T 31518 specifies the environmental conditions, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and storage and delivery requirements for direct-drive permanent magnet wind turbine generators. This part is applicable to the design, manufacture, packaging, transportation, and inspection of horizontal-axis direct-drive permanent magnet wind turbine generators (hereinafter referred to as "generators") with a swept area of more than 200 m2.
