Scope

This standard specifies the test method for determining the coating coverage of the enamel edge of steel plates used in heat exchangers in all enameling processes. This standard is applicable to enamel plates with a thickness of 0.5 mm to 1.5 mm. This method is not suitable for tests with a test current greater than 3 A.
