Scope

This standard specifies the objectives, principles, basic requirements, and the recording of traceability information for the establishment and implementation of a quality traceability system for commercial potatoes. It also sets out the requirements for packaging labels and internal management of enterprises to ensure the effective implementation of the quality traceability system. This standard applies to the traceability of commercial potatoes under organized and large-scale cultivation, transportation, and storage models. However, it does not apply to the traceability of commercial potatoes under individual cultivation, storage, and sales models, or after bulk mixing and sale following acquisition.
