Scope: This document specifies the terms and definitions, production environment, land preparation and fertilization, seedling cultivation, planting, field management, pest and disease control, harvesting, packaging, storage and transportation, and waste disposal requirements for "Xiangjiangyuan" cabbage. This document is applicable to the production of "Xiangjiangyuan" cabbage; Main technical content: (1) This document specifies the requirements for the production environment, land preparation and fertilization, seedling cultivation, planting, field management, pest and disease control, harvesting, packaging, storage and transportation, and waste disposal of "Xiangjiangyuan" cabbage. (2) The environmental conditions of the production area should comply with T/XJY 1001-2021 "Environmental Quality of Vegetable Production Areas of 'Xiangjiangyuan'", and requirements for land selection are also specified. (3) Based on the successful experience and practices of current "Xiangjiangyuan" cabbage production, this document stipulates the full process of cultivation and management requirements from land preparation and fertilization, seedling cultivation (including variety selection, sowing time, seedling management, and strong seedling specifications), planting, field management (including water management and fertilizer application), harvesting, and waste disposal. For example, in the section on land preparation and fertilization, the requirements for deep plowing and sunning the soil, fertilizer types and quantities, and the requirements for furrowing and ridge construction are specified.
