Scope
Main Technical Content: 3. Terms and Definitions The following terms and definitions apply to this document. 3.1 Precision Seeding Precision seeding is a new mechanized planting technology that uses precision seeding machinery to sow a predetermined quantity of crop seeds at the row and planting spacing and depth required by agronomic cultivation, and then compact the soil appropriately. 4. Target Requirements 4.1 Pre-plant Preparation 4.1.1 Variety Selection It is recommended to select early-maturing, fast-growing, and high-yielding varieties. High-dan grass and feed sorghum varieties imported and approved by the national authorities in accordance with the "Grass Seed Management Measures" are recommended. The selection method of seeds shall refer to GB/T 2930, and the seed quality shall meet the requirements of Grade II or above in the Quality Classification of Hybrid Seeds of High-dan Grass and Feed Sorghum specified in GB 6142. 4.1.2 Seed Coating Before sowing, select coated seeds that comply with GB/T 2930.10. 4.1.3 Moisture Supplementation and Timely Sowing Early sowing is a key technique for double-cropping high-dan grass or feed sorghum. About 10 days before wheat harvest, irrigate to supplement moisture to ensure good soil moisture conditions for seeding. 4.1.4 Tillage and Fertilization After irrigation and moisture supplementation, harvest wheat when the soil surface turns white. Immediately sow after rotary tillage, with a tillage depth of more than 15 cm and proper compacting when the soil surface turns white. Apply base fertilizer during rotary tillage: organic fertilizer 100 kg–300 kg/667 m2, dicyandiamide 15 kg/667 m2, and potassium sulfate 5.0 kg/667 m2. 4.2 Sowing Technology Sowing should be completed before July 20. Use precision seeding machines to sow at a depth of 3.0 cm–5.0 cm, with a row spacing of 30 cm–40 cm, and cover and compact the soil after sowing. Sowing rates: high-dan grass 2.7 kg–3.3 kg/667 m2; feed so
