Scope

In order to implement the national and Anhui Province's building energy-saving policies, give full play to the advantages of local resources, standardize the design, construction, and quality acceptance of waterless plastering projects, ensure project quality, and achieve advanced technology, practical reliability, and economic rationality, these regulations are hereby formulated. The pre-mixed waterless plastering gypsum dry powder mortar adopted in these regulations is suitable for interior wall and ceiling plastering projects in new, renovated, expanded, and existing buildings in Anhui Province. It is not suitable for plastering projects on walls frequently exposed to water, such as kitchens and bathrooms, or exterior wall plastering projects. For the design, construction, and acceptance of waterless plastering gypsum projects, in addition to complying with these regulations, they shall also comply with the provisions of the current relevant national standards.
