Scope
This document specifies the layout of fire-prevention dedicated roads, the horizontal and vertical alignment of routes, roadbeds and pavements, bridges and culverts, tunnels, environmental protection, and ancillary facilities. This document applies to the construction, renovation, and expansion of fire-prevention dedicated roads in forests and grasslands throughout the province. Highways, national defense roads, forest roads, factory and mine roads, and urban roads within forest areas that are included in the national or local transportation network shall comply with corresponding national or industry standards.
