Scope

This standard stipulates the management of administrative licensing matters, process management, service norms, institutional setup and site construction, daily management, supervision and inspection, and evaluation in government departments. This standard applies to the administrative licensing work of provincial-level government departments (hereinafter referred to as "implementing departments").
