Basic Information
Scope
Main technical contents: 1. Site selection: The cultivation site should be a flat area with convenient irrigation and drainage under a grapevine grove. The area should be far from the “three wastes” pollution, and the natural conditions such as environmental air quality and water quality should meet the requirements of NY/T 5010. 2. Requirements for fungal strains: The fungal strains used for production should comply with the requirements of NY/T 528. 3. Requirements for cultivation materials: 3.1 Fresh straw: The fresh straw harvested in the current season should be longer than 30cm, free from impurities, pests, mold, and odor, and meet the requirements for pesticide residues and heavy metals in NY 5099. 3.2 Rice husk: The rice husk should have a water content of ≤15% and a pH of 6.2–7.4. It should be free from impurities, pests, mold, and odor, and meet the requirements for pesticide residues and heavy metals in NY 5099. 3.3 Topsoil: The topsoil used for covering the cultivation materials should meet the requirements for pesticide residues and heavy metals in NY 5099. 4. Requirements for grape sheds: 4.1 Shed specifications: A flat shed with a single row of grape vines in the middle, or a connected flat shed with a row spacing of 4m and a planting spacing of 2m–3m. The shed width should be 8m, the height 2.5m, and the length should not exceed 40m. 4.2 Drainage ditches: Two drainage ditches 20cm–35cm deep should be dug on the edges of the shed on both sides of the grape vines and 1.2m–1.5m away from the grape vines. 4.3 Grape varieties: Grape varieties with a maturity period of mid-to-late summer after mid-to-late April should be selected for cultivation. 5. Cultivation technical requirements: 5.1 Selection of Pleurotus eryngii strains: Pleurotus eryngii strains suitable for the climate characteristics of Shanghai Pudong New Area, with fast mycelium growth, early fruiting, strong stress resistance, high quality, high yield, and g
