Scope
Scope: This document is applicable to production systems related to wild plants, including wild harvesting, processing, and sales. Harvesting refers to the collection of crops or other natural raw materials from their natural habitats, such as yan pine seeds. This system applies to entities that conduct rough or fine processing of wild crops, including food, health products, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and other processors and retailers. This document supports good practices of all entities in the production system, such as biodiversity protection, natural habitat conservation, fair pricing mechanisms, and traceability systems. Main technical content: On the basis of meeting general conformity assessment requirements, this document meets the needs of high-quality development and draws on relevant systems in the field of sustainable agricultural products internationally. It is structured in the form of an "indicator system" from three perspectives: ecological sustainability, social sustainability, and economic sustainability. Among them, the indicator system is divided into basic indicators and improvement indicators, covering all value chain links of ecological products. It aims to systematically promote value-added premiums for ecological products, establish and improve ecological product value realization mechanisms in a comprehensive manner in the later stage, and promote high-quality development of wild ecological products.
