T/PJDZ 0030-2020 Seedling cultivation techniques for rice using double film and fine soil in mechanical planting and greenhouse cultivation procedures
Basic Information
Scope
Scope: This standard specifies the technical process and key points for rice seedling cultivation using double membranes (also known as isolation layers) and greenhouses (soft disks) in Tangshan area, including the basic requirements for double membrane seedling cultivation and greenhouse seedling cultivation, seed treatment, bed soil requirements, bed selection and preparation, material preparation, pre-sowing preparation, precision and uniform sowing, seedling management, seedling standards, and seedling preparation for transplanting. This standard applies to rice seedling cultivation using double membranes and greenhouses in Tangshan area. Main technical contents: 1. Double membrane fine soil seedling cultivation technology 1.1 Sowing process 1.1.1 Laying perforated membrane and bed soil Before sowing, lay the perforated membrane on the bed surface and surround the bed with wooden strips. Lay a layer of nutrient bed soil 1.0 cm to 1.3 cm thick and level it. If the bed surface uses bare soil, apply 1.0 kg of diammonium phosphate or 0.75 kg of ammonium sulfate plus 0.4 kg of diammonium phosphate per 20 m2 bed. 1.1.2 Watering Water the bed surface and sow the seeds when the water naturally seeps out and exposes the bed surface. 1.1.3 Sowing Manual sowing: Evenly scatter the treated rice seeds on the bed surface, with 13 kg to 15 kg per 20 m2. Then press the seeds into the mud and cover with bare soil, ensuring that the seeds are not visible and the maximum thickness does not exceed 0.3 cm. Followed by herbicide application in the seedbed (see Table 1, the method is the same as that for conventional seedling cultivation). The key points are even sowing of rice seeds, covering soil, and herbicide application. Mechanical sowing: Place the track on the seedbed with prepared bed soil, use the adjusted sowing machine to sow (manually sow in the corners and areas with obvious unevenness), and mechanically cover the soil. Followed by manual herbicide a
