Scope
This document specifies the commissioning items, methods, and technical requirements for the subsystems of the electrochemical energy storage station (referred to as "energy storage station") including the energy storage system, monitoring system, power transformation and distribution system, relay protection and safety automatic devices, communication and dispatching automation system, and station power supply, as well as the joint commissioning of the entire station.
This document is applicable to the commissioning of subsystems and the joint commissioning of the entire station of newly built, reconstructed, and expanded electrochemical energy storage stations that use lithium-ion batteries, lead-acid (carbon) batteries, sodium-ion batteries, and flow batteries as energy storage carriers, as well as hydrogen production by water electrolysis/fuel cells.
