Scope
This standard specifies the method of measuring the electromagnetic parameters of liquid materials using an open coaxial probe in the microwave frequency band.
This standard is applicable to the detection of the relative dielectric constant and loss tangent of uniform and isotropic liquid materials using an open coaxial probe within the frequency range of 100 MHz to 50 GHz.
