Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements for the design, manufacture, dynamic frequency adjustment test, back-pressure protection, marking, packaging, and protection of the final moving blades of large air-cooled turbines.
This standard applies to the final moving blades of air-cooled turbines with a power rating of 200 MW or above (direct air cooling or indirect air cooling). Other types of air-cooled turbines and medium- and small-capacity air-cooled turbines can refer to this standard for implementation.
