Scope
1.0.1 These regulations are formulated to unify the requirements for the preparation of water transport engineering industry standards and ensure the quality of standard preparation. 1.0.2 These regulations apply to the preparation of industry technical standards for the construction and maintenance of water transport engineering projects. 1.0.3 The preparation of water transport engineering standards shall ensure clear provisions, a clear structure, rigorous logic, standardized format, and concise wording. 1.0.4 In addition to complying with these regulations, the preparation of water transport engineering standards shall also comply with the provisions of the relevant national standards currently in force. 1.0.5 The translation of foreign-language versions of water transport engineering standards shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the relevant national standards.
