Scope

Scope: This document specifies the liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for the detection of residues of 80 drugs and metabolites (see Appendix A) in beef. This document is applicable to the determination of residues of 80 drugs and metabolites in fresh or thawed beef; Main technical content: Terms and definitions. The following terms and definitions are applicable to this document. Drug and metabolite residues refer to all substances related to drugs in any edible part of animal products after drug administration, including the original drug and its metabolites. [GB 31650, Terms and Definitions 3.1] Matrix effect refers to the interference of components other than the analyte in the sample with the measured value of the analyte. Matrix effects include positive and negative effects. Matrix matching refers to ensuring that the matrix equivalent level contained in the standard sample is the same as that in the pre-treated sample in order to eliminate matrix effects in instrumental analysis. Mass spectrometry monitoring parameters refer to the condition parameters required for the determination of each drug and its metabolites by the mass spectrometer, including the qualitative ion pair, quantitative ion pair, cone voltage, and collision energy values of the compound. Principle: The 80 drugs and metabolites in the sample are extracted with a solution of formic acid, acetonitrile, and water, purified by a solid-phase extraction column, and determined by high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry using matrix-matched external standard method. Reagents and materials: Unless otherwise specified, only analytical-grade reagents are used in the analysis, and the water is Class I water as specified in GB/T 6682.
