本文件描述了用透射电子显微术测定线状晶体表观生长方向的方法。
本文件适用于通过各种方法制备的所有种类的线状晶体材料,也适用于测定在钢、合金和其他材料中析出的类似于棒状或多边形第二相颗粒的一个轴的方向。受透射电子显微镜(TEM)的加速电压和样品自身等条件的制约,本文件适用于直径(或厚度或宽度)为几十纳米到一百纳米左右的晶体材料。本文件不适用于测定折叠、扭曲、旋转状态的线状晶体。
注: 在本文件中,线状晶体、带状晶体、针状第二相颗粒等均属于广义上的线状晶体。
