Scope
This document stipulates the requirements for the setting up of on-site laboratories for quality inspection of water conservancy projects, the quality assurance system, the commissioning procedures, and the acceptance assessment. This document applies to the setting up and management of on-site laboratories implemented by construction units, supervision units, and project sponsors of large and medium-sized water conservancy projects, new construction, expansion, renovation, and reinforcement projects. Other water conservancy construction projects may refer to and use it for reference.
