Scope

This part of GB/T 34079 specifies the technical requirements for application services provided on a cloud-based e-government public platform (including government website systems, email systems, instant messaging, electronic document transmission systems, electronic signature systems, office systems, and other general application services), including the functional and performance requirements of office application services and government-specific application services.
This part is applicable to the design, development, application, maintenance, and acceptance of cloud-based e-government public platform application services, enabling the rapid implementation of application services that can be called upon as needed by various government departments.
Note: Unless otherwise specified, "e-government public platform" and "public platform" in the following chapters all refer to "cloud-based e-government public platforms".
