T/SDAA 0049-2021 Rapid Determination of Aflatoxin B1, Zearalenone, and Ochratoxin A in Feed by Luminescence Transfer Method
T/SDAA 0049-2021
Basic Information
Scope
Main technical content: The principle is to drop the sample extract into the sample addition area of the detection card. The mycotoxins in the extract compete with the mycotoxin monoclonal antibody-UCP in the reaction area (T line) and form a solid-phase antigen-labeled antibody-UCP (Up-Converting Phosphor, upconversion phosphor) particle complex in the reaction area (T line). Under the excitation light, the UCP particles in the reaction area (T line) and the quality control area (C line) emit a visible light signal, and the upconversion immunoassay analyzer obtains the T value corresponding to the reaction area and the C value corresponding to the quality control area. The T/C ratio is inversely proportional to the content of aflatoxin B1, zearalenone, and vomitoxin in the sample.
