Scope

This part specifies the dimensions, nominal initial spring pressure, and models of nitrogen gas springs for stamping dies. This part applies to nitrogen gas springs for stamping dies with models ranging from 900 to 100,000, pressurized with nitrogen gas, and having a nominal initial spring pressure of 900 × (1 ± 5%) N to 100,600 × (1 ± 5%) N. This part also specifies the marking, delivery technical conditions, and labeling of nitrogen gas springs for stamping dies. Note: The specifications of nitrogen gas spring installation accessories are given in GB/T 20914.2.
