This document applies to the production of "Xiangjiangyuan" mung beans. Main technical content: (1) This document stipulates the definitions and terms, production environment, land preparation and fertilization, seedling cultivation, planting, field management, pest and disease control, harvesting, waste disposal, product quality, packaging and storage, and recordkeeping requirements for "Xiangjiangyuan" mung beans. (2) Based on the climate and environmental characteristics of our province, this document lists the main pests and diseases encountered during the production of "Xiangjiangyuan" mung beans, along with their control methods and medications. This standard adheres to the principle of prioritizing agricultural, physical, and biological control methods over chemical treatments, and strictly prohibits the use of highly toxic, highly residual, teratogenic, or mutagenic pesticides restricted by the state.
