Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements for the raw materials, mix ratio, preparation, construction, quality inspection and evaluation, and handling of quality issues for ready-mixed concrete in water conservancy projects. This standard applies to the production and use of ready-mixed concrete in water conservancy projects within Jiangsu Province. The application of ready-mixed concrete shall, in addition to complying with this standard, also comply with relevant regulations of the state, the industry, and Jiangsu Province. For construction units that set up mixing plants (stations) to prepare concrete on-site, the relevant provisions shall be referred to and implemented accordingly.
