Scope

This standard specifies a solid-phase extraction-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for the determination of six environmental estrogenic compounds in water. This standard is applicable to the determination of ethinyl estradiol, estrone, 17β-estradiol, estriol, 4-n-octylphenol, and 4-n-nonylphenol in surface water, groundwater, and wastewater. When the sample volume is 1000 mL, the concentrated and diluted volume is 1.0 mL, and the injection volume is 10 μL, the detection limit of this method is 0.6~0.9 ng/L, and the determination limit is 2.4~3.6 ng/L. It should be carried out in accordance with Appendix A.
