Scope

Main technical content: 5.9 Management during the mushroom fruiting period 5.9.1 After stimulating mushroom growth and removing the nutrient bags, water the soil completely with a micro-sprayer or spray irrigation until it is fully moistened without waterlogging. Afterward, maintain the soil surface moist and spray water if the bed surface is dry. Control the soil temperature at 5°C–15°C and maintain it for at least 4–5 days, with a day-night temperature difference of 8°C–10°C. Maintain an air relative humidity of 85%–90%. Ensure fresh air in the greenhouse with a CO2 concentration no higher than 0.15%. Hang shading nets on the greenhouse side with a shading rate of 60%–70% to avoid direct sunlight. 5.9.2 Management during the fruiting body growth stage 7–10 days after stimulating mushroom growth, spherical primordia ranging in size from 0.5 mm to 1 mm appear on the bed surface. After primordia formation, continue to maintain the bed surface moist with an appropriate soil moisture content of 25%–30%. Water sparingly and frequently. Maintain an air relative humidity of 85%–90%, and reduce it to 70%–85% 2–3 days before harvest. Maintain an appropriate temperature of 8°C–17°C and a soil temperature of 8°C–12°C, ensuring it does not fall below 6°C or exceed 25°C. Ventilate to ensure fresh air in the greenhouse with a CO2 concentration no higher than 0.25%. When ventilating, avoid direct cold or dry winds blowing on the fruiting bodies. Lighting should refer to the management during the mushroom stimulation stage (see above).
