This standard specifies the principles, reagents and materials, instruments and equipment, analytical procedures, result calculation, and precision requirements for the determination of the content of sodium (Na), magnesium (Mg), potassium (K), calcium (Ca), chromium (Cr), manganese (Mn), iron (Fe), copper (Cu), zinc (Zn), arsenic (As), selenium (Se), cadmium (Cd), and lead (Pb) in grains and their products by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.
