This standard specifies the method for determining the oil absorption of aluminum hydroxide used as a filler. This standard is applicable to aluminum hydroxide products with a median particle size (D50) of less than 120 μm. The measurement range is: ≤70 mL/100 g (or ≤75 g/100 g).
