Scope

This standard specifies the basic requirements for comprehensive scientific surveys of nature reserves in terms of survey content, survey personnel, survey objects, survey scope, survey methods, survey indicators, and survey results. This standard applies to comprehensive scientific surveys of established and proposed forest ecosystems, grassland and meadow ecosystems, inland wetland ecosystems, terrestrial wild animals, and terrestrial wild plant types nature reserves within Sichuan Province. For nature reserves that need to conduct comprehensive scientific surveys due to adjustments in their scope and functional areas, this standard can be referenced for use. This standard does not apply to comprehensive scientific surveys of geological relics, paleontological relics, and aquatic wild animal and plant types nature reserves. The types of nature reserves involved in this standard are determined in accordance with GB/T 14529-93.
