DB51/T 1910-2014 Sample preparation guidelines for the determination of trace heavy metals in forest food and its environmental background using atomic absorption method
Basic Information
Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements for sample pretreatment when determining heavy metals in forest foods and their production environment using atomic absorption spectrometry. This standard applies to sample pretreatment for determining lead, cadmium, copper, and iron in forest food samples; lead, cadmium, copper, and chromium in soil samples; and lead, cadmium, copper, and zinc in irrigation water samples. It does not apply to other heavy metal elements such as mercury and arsenic. This standard does not comprehensively address the quality control and operational safety of sample pretreatment, but only provides explanations for specific issues. Other issues should comply with the relevant principles of qualified laboratory guidelines. The quality control principles of this standard are based on the assumption that the detection system itself is functioning normally. This standard does not provide separate record forms. The recording of the sample pretreatment process should comply with the principles of routine analysis and testing.
