Scope

Scope: The standard specifies the terminology and definitions for the breeding and management of customized beef cattle, farming environment, cattle source selection, feeding requirements, ranch management, waste disposal, and file management. Main technical content: 3.1 Customized beef is provided by beef cattle raised on dedicated ranches through adoption-customization, personalized naming, scientific feeding, remote online services, standard slaughtering, product customization, and full-industry chain services, offering traceable portioned fresh and frozen meat, portioned Pingyao beef, and cooked beef by-products to customers. 4. Farming environment 4.1 The ranch environment should meet the requirements of NY/T 5128 "Harmless Food - Cattle Breeding Management Standards". 4.2 The ranch should be greened and well-ventilated, with toxic and harmful gas concentrations in the air meeting the requirements of NY/T 388 "Environmental Quality Standards for Livestock and Poultry Farms". 5. Cattle source selection Cattle raised on dedicated ranches should be of meat-type or dual-purpose breeds. 6. Feeding requirements 6.1 Input materials 6.1.1 Feed and feed additives: The hygiene standards of feed and feed raw materials should meet the requirements of GB 13078 "Feed Hygiene Standards", and the use of feed and feed additives should comply with NY 5032 "Harmless Food - Livestock and Poultry Feed and Feed Additives Use Guidelines". 6.1.2 Drinking water quality should meet the requirements of NY 5027 "Harmless Food - Livestock and Poultry Drinking Water Quality". Use electric heating constant temperature drinking waterers with a winter water temperature of no less than 15℃, and allow free drinking.
