Scope

Scope: This document specifies the definition, quality requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of Huaiwei Millennium Grass Eggs. This document is applicable to the production and circulation of Huaiwei Millennium Grass Eggs. Main technical content: 4. Quality requirements 4.1 Sensory requirements shall comply with the sensory requirements for fresh eggs in GB 2749. 4.2 Pollutant limits The pollutant limits shall comply with the provisions of GB 2762. 4.3 Pesticide residue limits and veterinary drug residue limits 4.3.1 Pesticide residues shall comply with the provisions of GB 2763. 4.3.2 Veterinary drug residue limits shall comply with relevant national regulations and announcements. 4.4 Marking classification 4.4.1 Egg quality marking requirements Huaiwei Millennium Grass Eggs shall comply with the requirements in Table 1. The quality grading requirements for individual eggs are specified in Appendix A. For A+ quality marking requirements, the highest grade AA in GB/T 39438 shall be adopted; 2. Freshness refers to the period from egg production to market sale; 3. Neatness refers to the weight of each batch of eggs fluctuating within 5% of the average value. 4.4.2 Origin quality marking requirements The origin quality marking of Huaiwei Millennium Grass Eggs shall comply with the requirements in Table 2.
