Scope
This document describes the evaluation method for the quality of thermal power station infrastructure (QTPI) and stipulates the requirements for operation and maintenance. This document is applicable to operators of thermal power stations with a total capacity of 100 MW or more, as well as stakeholders who are interested in maintaining and improving the quality of thermal power station infrastructure (QTPI).
Operators of thermal power stations with other capacity units may refer to and use this document for reference.
