Scope
This standard describes the coupling parameters between the operator's hand and the surface of the vibrating machine.
The coupling between the hand and the vibrating surface can be described by different parameters and combinations of these parameters:
——Force: such as pushing force, pulling force, and grip strength;
——Pressure applied to the skin.
Additionally, Appendix A to Appendix E provide standard measurement methods: measurement step guidance, measurement of the parameters of coupling force and pressure, and required measurement tools.
This standard does not apply to forces unrelated to the hand.
