Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of double-metal strip waterproof temperature controllers for household appliances (hereinafter referred to as "waterproof temperature controllers"). This standard is only applicable to double-metal strip waterproof temperature controllers for household appliances with a rated voltage not exceeding AC 250 V/50 Hz-60 Hz or DC 36V, and a rated current not exceeding 16A for resistive load circuits.
