Scope
This standard stipulates the emission limits and monitoring and control requirements for thallium pollutants in industrial wastewater within the jurisdiction of Guangdong Province. This standard applies to the management of existing industrial wastewater thallium pollutants, as well as the environmental impact assessment, environmental protection facility design, completion environmental protection acceptance, and post-operational thallium pollutant emission management of new, modified, and expanded projects. For the content and requirements not specified in this standard, the current corresponding standards shall be implemented; if the requirements in the environmental impact assessment documents or pollution discharge permits are stricter than those in this standard, the requirements in the approved environmental impact assessment documents or pollution discharge permits shall be implemented.
