Scope

This standard specifies the ordering content, classification, code, dimensions, shape, weight, and allowable deviations of hot-rolled U-shaped steel sheet piles; technical requirements; test methods; inspection rules; packaging; marking; and quality certificates.
This standard applies to hot-rolled U-shaped steel sheet piles used in anti-seepage and waterproofing projects such as dike reinforcement and intercepting weirs, as well as structural foundation projects such as retaining walls, waterproofing walls, and foundation support for building pits.
