Scope

This standard specifies the sampling method for latex in flexible packaging.
This standard is applicable to the sampling of natural latex and synthetic latex in flexible packaging (hereinafter referred to as liquid bags), such as container liquid bags (see Appendix A).
Note: The sampling of latex in barrels, latex transported by latex tank trucks, and latex in storage tanks (pools) is described in GB/T 8290—2008 and SH/T 1149—2006.
