Scope
Scope: This document specifies the production environment, fruit processing, waste management, quality inspection, and file management for the post-harvest commercial processing of Xiangnan navel oranges. This document applies to fresh-market Xiangnan navel oranges. Main technical content: 3. Terms and definitions The following terms and definitions apply to this document. 3.1 Xiangnan navel oranges Xiangnan navel oranges refer to navel oranges grown in Yongzhou, Chenzhou, Shaoyang, Huaihua, Hengyang, and Zhuzhou cities, located between 110°E and 114°E and 25°N and 26.5°N. The main cultivar is Niuhe, covering early and late maturity varieties. The soluble solids content should be ≥11%, and the oranges should possess quality characteristics such as "red and clean, sweet and fragrant, and aromatic" that distinguish them from those of other production regions. 3.2 Post-harvest commercial processing A series of post-harvest processing measures taken to enhance the commercial value of fresh-market fruits, including washing and disinfection, initial sorting, preservation and storage, grading, and packaging. 4. Production environment 4.1 Factory requirements The production site is divided into raw material areas, fruit processing areas, storage areas, finished product shipping areas, fruit quality sampling areas, and input material warehouses. All areas should meet fire safety, hygiene, ventilation, moistureproof, and rainproof requirements. 4.2 Personnel requirements Personnel health should comply with the provisions of SN/T 1265. Upon entering the production area, personnel must disinfect and wear uniforms, gloves, masks, and head coverings. Non-production personnel are not allowed to enter the production area. 5.
