Scope
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, and storage and transportation of low-pressure casting machines.
This standard applies to low-pressure casting machines (hereinafter referred to as casting machines) used to produce aluminum castings by the low-pressure casting method.
