DB6501/T 036-2022 Design guidelines for sponge urban construction in Urumqi

Scope

This document applies to the design of new, renovated, and expanded projects for buildings and residential communities, urban roads, park green spaces and squares, urban water systems, and other systems within the administrative divisions of Urumqi City. This document does not apply to areas prone to disasters such as landslides, collapses, and ground subsidence; production and operation areas of petrochemical production bases, gas stations, enterprises that produce or use large amounts of heavy metals, landfills, and waste transfer stations, which are likely to cause soil and groundwater pollution due to infiltration of rainwater runoff; as well as special project areas such as power and communication lines, lighting projects, waste treatment facilities, substations, and fire stations.
