Scope
This document stipulates the basic principles for evaluating the credit rating of labor dispatch units, the categories and meanings of credit ratings, evaluation indicators, scoring rules, evaluation processes and requirements, information disclosure, and file management. This document applies to all levels of human resources and social security departments in Jiangsu Province for evaluating the credit ratings of labor dispatch units and branches that have obtained labor dispatch business licenses within their jurisdictions. It can also be used for self-evaluation by labor dispatch units.
