Scope
In order to provide a standard for the analysis of the electrical characteristics of devices, the following items need to be considered to standardize the electrical models of the input signals, output signals, power supplies, and ground ports of integrated circuits: a) Standardize on the basis of existing standards to solve current problems and expand analysis capabilities. b) Define more flexible description rules for electronic circuits to provide more accurate PCB analysis. c) Introduce the concept of modeling levels to provide relevant data for each application. d) Improve the electrical models of packages and modules.
