Scope

This document applies to the regular inspection of ordinary pressure tanks engaged in the road transport of liquid dangerous goods within the administrative area of Hainan Province. The tanks shall meet the following conditions at the same time: a) the filling medium is liquid dangerous goods; b) the working pressure is less than 0.1MPa during normal transportation; c) they are made of metal materials and are permanently connected to standard automobile chassis or to the walking mechanism of tank semi-trailers. This document does not apply to tanks with special requirements such as non-metallic materials, vacuum insulation structures, or military equipment.
