Scope

This document describes a method for imaging the weak static magnetic field generated by a sample using scanning nitrogen-vacancy probe microscopy. This document is suitable for imaging the magnetic induction intensity of a sample surface using a scanning nitrogen-vacancy probe microscope. The specific scenarios are as follows: -- Conducting magnetic imaging of weakly magnetic samples (typical magnetic induction intensity <10 mT), such as magnetic films and two-dimensional magnetic materials; -- Conducting magnetic imaging of magnetic samples with low coercivity; -- Conducting quantitative research on magnetic structures or magnetic moment densities; -- Imaging the magnetic field of microscale currents. Note: The nitrogen-vacancy color center referred to in this document specifically refers to the negatively charged nitrogen-vacancy color center in diamonds.
