Scope
This standard specifies the test methods for the electrical performance of electrical contacts used in low-voltage electrical appliances, including electrical wear, electrical life, contact resistance, and temperature rise, under conditions of direct current below 100 V, alternating current below 400 V, and current below 30 A. This standard is applicable to the performance comparison of different electrical contact materials under the same test conditions.
